I signed up in person at the gym and the sales reps that assisted at planet fitness Witbank gave me a deal that was different from what I wanted after I mentioned I had sanlam reality which provides you with a discount. I was told I would pay R599 and they have been deducting R699 each month. I requested cancellation and someone called me from the call center telling me about what’s in the contract completely ignoring the fact that I was telling her what the sales rep told me was completely different and that the sales rep had finished the sign up process on my phone agreeing to everything and saying I would pay R599. They now want me to pay for 4 months just to cancel
