PLANET FITNESS ARE *******

I paid over R1300 to cancel my membership which they accepted in the given time frame. They then still debited me two months after that. The first time the debit went off they apologized and told me I would be refunded within 14 days. A month and a half later and another debit order gone off and still I have not received any of my money back. Their call centre can never assist you and are completey ***********. Planet Fitness don't care about their customers. I would not recommend joining them.
