PLANET FITNESS are *******!

For the second time in two separate contracts PLANET FITNESS HAS RIPPED ME OFF. After my contact period ended my monthly premium increased sharply with no notification at all. I called them and expressed my dissatisfaction regarding the matter and was told I'd get a call back and an email with my reference number. No call back and I wouldn't have a reference number if I didn't call back to chase it up PF***. I know that a few years ago the same thing happened to many of PLANET FITNESS customers, well they are at it again. I let it go last time but I won't make that mistake again, it's funny how you can be a loyal customer for about 5 years on two separate contracts never miss a payment and still be treated like dirt. Thanks PLANET FITNESS thanks a lot.
