Planet Fitness are *****s

People please be wary of Planet Fitness especially when you are cancelling . My membership was cancelled on the 8th of July 2018 and received a sms from my bank For an amount I didn’t know if upon querying with my bank they told me that it was Planet Fitness and they have in fact been debuting my account even though it was cancelled . I called them they confirmed cancellation and told me they will refund me , I waited for refund nothing ....it gets better I get two other smss on the 31st of December they debuted my account again from another avenue because a stop payment was issued from my bank , called them and they said they will resolve .....nothing as yet . I called today and now they tell me that they can only refund me in two weeks *** they can take your money when they feel like but can’t give your money back .......I am going to a lawyer to get a letter drafted tired of being taken advantage of
