Planet fitness are liers

So I rejoined Planet Fitness Lynnwood in June 2015. The previous year they really nailed me with this December Annual levy clause in the contract, so before I signed in June I made sure form the consultant that I do not have any double levies in December. The consultant told me that I joined in June, so I am not a member for a year yet so I will not have any deductions from my account. <br> <br> I joined on the two years contract, for which I paid UPFRONT.
