Planet Fitness are ***** and ********

My husband were doing some work at Planet Fitness Rivonia in 2016. Got talking to some consultant (Pablo or something) that in the end sent me some vouchers to go to this club for free for 2 weeks. We completed a form on my husband's name but were told that a deposit of R1450 has to be paid to activate the memberships. It was made clear that the membership will not be activated until this deposit is paid. I told this guy that we cannot afford that kind of thing straight away whereby he said it is fine, month end will work and i can still make use of the vouchers for the 2 weeks. So I went to this gym for a week and then stopped, however 2 months later or so i start getting correspondences from Seya Recoveries saying I owe Planet Fitness money. I am like what money? We never activated the membership. However the statements they ended up sending me shows clearly that they have debited some account, i have apparently paid for a tag and and and... What??? Come again??? I never paid squat to this place seriously... I have sent all the correspondences and information like my banking statements to this place that proofed that my account was never even debited nor did it even reflect any of the amounts showing on this apparent statement of theirs. So where did they come with these figures. I didn't hear from this lot for a while however somewhere in late 2017 i get an email with a statement showing me figures here in 1000's and they have decided to add my husband's details to my name and i wasn't even the main member escalating the amount "I" owe... Someone did something they were not suppose to do... Please please please take me to court cause i know what you are gonna look like when i present all of the same information again...
