Planet Fitness are Bullies
I have so many bad experiences with Planet Fitness. They got my debit order day in wrong and continued to get it wrong for months and were always so quick to want their money. After my contract expired they kept taking money and didn't even let me know they extended without my consent. Even now I'm still trying to cancel it and they refuse and are basically bullying me to continue with them. They want to communicate via email when you're trying to cancel and they never answer the phone when you call them. Talking about a ****ing Christmas party. If you know what's good for you and your hard earned money, when you see them on the streets, RUN!

20 Dec 2024, 10:24You know it's crazy how you guys find me in the street and sign me up, and call me 100s of times when you didn't get your money, but are so quick to talk about emails when people try to cancel. I mean at no point have you guys communicated via email. Didn't have the decency to send me a message asking if I'd like to continue or calling the same way you did when you wanted your money. But the fact that I called and went to planet fitness to try and cancel my membership to no avail and instead I was told how you guys are unavailable, but I must still keep paying, 12 months after my membership expired...
