Planet fitness are a ******* and unprofessional

I requested a cancellation fee on 26 August and was told if I pay within 24 hours I will not be billed for September, to which i paid within 24 hours as instructed. I sent proof of payment on 27 August and yet on the 1st of September my account was debited. When calling their contact centre to enquire, their agents kept promising to investigate and give me a call back and none of them ever did.<br> <br> My membership was only terminated on 10 September. And now they are refusing to refund me the premium for I paid for the month of September despite having paid settlement value by 26 August. That is the worst gym anyone should have to go
