Planet Fitness are a bunch of *****

Watch out for Planet Fitness Vanderbijlpark. My son wanted to join a Gym and we went to Planet Fitness. As he was still at school, I was told that they have a contract for scholars, but as he was turning 18 , the contract would then fall away on that date.We went ahead with the contract and when my son turned 18, the contract that was suppose to have been cancelled, was never cancelled, and I have been debited ever since. I have been trying to resolve this matter with the Sales and Branch manager and the call centre for months now and no resolution. 1st I was told by the Sales manager, Dewald that the matter was resolved and the contract was cancelled. I then get a call from the call centre to advised that they are not going to cancel the contract. The Branch manager , Arri then came back to me again to advise that the contract was cancelled and I should be receiving my refunds the 10 April 2019, but 2 days before the refund, I get a call from the call centre to advise that the contract is not cancelled and I will not be receiving a refund. I received an email from the call centre on the 23rd April 2019 to advise that the contract is valid for a year and that it can only be cancelled if I pay a settlement fee. This is utter nonsense, as I have a recorded call from the branch manager, Arri, that he agrees that the contract was sold to me on the bases that when my son turns 18, the contract falls away. He agrees that I should also be get all premiums that they took from me after January back, but this is not happening!!!!!! They are ***** and ***** your money!!!!!
