I was responsible for 2 accounts (myself and my wife), which i canceled a month before my contract expired, they never canceled my wife's account and now they expect me to pay an extra 2 month's for a fault that was not on my side, the call center agents cant help me, I will not pay that extra 1000 rand, I paid my contract every month and now i am being treated like trash...
