Planet Fitness Appauling Customer Service

I am appalled by the customer service at Planet Fitness. I have national membership with Planet Fitness with my main gym being Wanderers but I use Craighall most days. I lost my tag and went to Craighall to request a new tag which I was willing to pay for. I was told that I needed to go to Wanderers to get a new tag. This makes no sense, does Planet Fitness not have a central system they use? What if I was in Cape Town for two weeks and misplaced my tag, would I really have to fly back to the gym I joined at just to get a new tag and then fly back to Cape Town even though I have national membership and I’m willing to pay for a new tag??? This makes absolutely no sense!
