Planet Fitness - another bad review

This company should not even be rated 1 star. I have two issues. They promote their 'cheap' contracts amongst the school kids and when the contracts get cancelled, they do not cancel them. It is now 6 months since I have cancelled a contract that we NEVER use and I have been handed over to their favourite harassment team to pay something I have cancelled 6 months ago. I just read through the reviews - seems this is a regular trick for them. Issue two. My teen daughter chooses to pay her own account. They keep telling her she is in arrears. We have provided proof that she is not, they said the issue is settled only to revert back to - she owes them money again. I am at my wits end with their total incompetence. How is PLANET FITNESS even still operating?
