PLANET FITNESS AND VITALITY

I recently requested for Planet Fitness to change my membership to include the Discovery Vitality discount on my membership. After 2 months, this has still not been done. I am still paying the full amount and when I try and contact them, there is no positive result. I cannot get the company to reimburse my payments and to debit the correct amoount for my membership.
