Planet Fitness and Saya *****

I have email proof that Planet fitness stole money from my account after clearly cancelling my account once I reached the end of my fully paid contract. They have listed me alongside many others through Saya debt collectors stating I owe them R28000. This is of course is not true and I have clear email proof of my conversations with the a Planet Fitness consultant of the cancellation and apology on their side of making the mistake of debiting me funds from my account even after I cancelled.

I now see many people here with the same problem and yet no reply from Planet Fitness ??
