Planet fitness ******* and poor customer service by Duze
Not even 3 months into my initial issue am I dealing with Debit issues. I’ve requested to cancel and the Agent I dealt with Duze was unprofessional and did not do anything he committed to. They still have not cancelled my membership and at this point I’m open to any suggestions from people who’ve had this issue and were able to remove planet fitness as a service provider. Help!!!!

The unfortunate part is the business will stay open even with their bad business ethics and poor customer relations. Old Mutual thought they weren’t touchable… look at them now
