Planet Fitness, always ready to take your money, never to give back.

Extremely frustrated with Planet Fitness's complete disregard for customer inquiries. I've sent 3 separate emails, but have yet to receive a single reply. It's clear that they're only interested in anything that does not lead to a profit also definitely not interested in the community, and doing their bit to helpI. I strongly advise potential members who care where their money goes to reconsider joining a gym that does not care to give back.
