planet fitness allowing bullying

iv been a member at planet for 5year on one of my day i was just chilling with my earphones on when i noticed a personal trainer talking to a younger male who just walks away crying he comes near me so i take my ear phones off and ask him what's wrong , he says the trainer was bullying him and told him to move and swears him .to my disgust i walk up to him and to resolve the dispute and his immediate response is" im sorry, im sorry but you said you can hit me so hit me" and sticks his face in the little boys face ,so i said "excuse me" and the guy who he was training pushes me i go to the office after yelling at them saying i wont tolerate bullying and the lady in charge calls for them to come inside the office and they blantetly refuses to come inside ,eventually after 30min they come in and they start swearing at the boy in zulu , so we al leave the office unresolved and the guys at plannet call security to escort me out in which one of the staff grabs my arm and pulls me .... next day i come to train and iv been banned from the gym , i never assaulted anyone or feel that i did anything wrong . from that day this dispute was not resolved '

talk about pathetic service and unfair treatment , i do have all of this on video as well as statements from a member who was at the scene. from then till now 1 year later they still never do anything
