Planet Fitness agreement not held up

I phoned Planet fitness before the lock down to cancel my membership due to money restrictions and while on the phone with them I was told all contracts have been suspended till end of April and no fees will be deducted till then and that I would have to phone them after the lock down to cancel my membership. And so I thought that's fine I'll sort it out later then it's all good until this morning where I saw thay took there monthly fee even after telling me that thay would not deduct the monthly fee and I could not cancel my membership till after lock down and I believe that is totally unreasonable after everything thay said on the phone then just to take what little money I have left and then when I cancel the membership I have to pay the cancelation fee as well. This is unacceptable to me
