would give no stars if it were possible, I have canceled my membership as my contract was done, now planet fitness phones me to tell me that i owe them for one month yet i canceled
maybe this is their way of retaining us as clients, their consultants have zero brain cells. You cannot fail to debit my account in september and then in october phone me and tell me i owe a subcription
