Planet Fitness Admin Issues.

I have had quite the rollercoaster with Planet Fitness. Trying to move from one Planet Fitness to another Planet Fitness was a nightmare. I received 3 different sets of instructions from 3 employees of the 2 Planet Fitness centers. I finally gave up and tried to cancel the 2 contracts. This also ended in disaster for at least one of the cancellations. It is not written anywhere, no indication whatsoever that the query should be logged with them before the 14th of the month or you will be charged an additional month, this was confirmed by their support center. I am deeply disappointed that they had to drive me to up to the point of cancellation and then still kick me on my way out, I expected better since the service at each of the centers were really awesome. They should consider adding such details to the contracts. Admin wise it is a hot mess, but the other services were truly impeccable.
