Planet Fitness Accounts...SUCKS!!!!

I have never dealt with a gym so ***********! First I was told my account is in arrears..I send them proof of payment. Then they send me an email to say my query had been resolved. Come end of the month..they have the audacity to send me an sms about my account being in arrears and threatening to take legal action against me..really??? I have spoken to numerous agents..and they can't help me!!! My account was supposed to be debited on the 28 October..but they again **** saying they found No funds in it.. I mean R99????I get paid on the 27th of each month !!! I am so fed up! Frustrated!!!Someone from Planet Fitness Please Help me!!!
