Planet Fitness Accounts Dept Service is Disgusting

My hubby and I signed up at the Planet Fitness in Craighall park, when we signed up it was a process that was done very quickly, they did not explain anything about cancellation etc. Once I signed up, I was told that the pro rata fee would only be taken out at the end of the month and I dont need to pay it up front, at the end of the month the pro rata fee and the gym fee for both my hubby and I was taken out of my account. Since then Planet fitness does a debit order, then returns it, then tries to do it again then returns it again. They should never return it since there is always at least R250 extra than the amount that needs to be there. I have spoken to over 8 people at their call centres, NONE OF WHOM EVER CALL ME BACK!!! I live near the planet fitness branch and have told them repeatedly that I prefer to pay cash, they say that their system does debit orders anytime from the 27th until the 1st, this is *******, I requested it to be done on the 1st only and yet there are times when debit orders go through on the 3rd/4th of the new month. I FIND THEIR LACK OF SERVICE ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING AND FRUSTRATING, Even if you pay cash YOUR DEBIT ORDERS ARE NOT GUARANTEED to not go thru
