Planet fitness accounts are USELESS

Gym equipment and facility itself is perfect... ACCOUNTS ARE USELESS AND SUCH A FRUSTRATION!!! I asked what my outstanding fees was, after they would not me go into the gym, to settle my account since I missed the annual increase of 10% so my debit order was returned. The annual increase(R49.90) plus the debit order RD charge of R60.(R20 which they took 3 times in one month since they tried debiting my account on 3 different days) was R110 extra on my usual membership fee. I paid the extra money into the account. 3 weeks later they took an unusual amount from my account (less than usual) so I enquired what this was. It was still another outstanding amount. No one can clearly explain to me why my account keeps being not paid up and they keep charging R20 per debit order that is returned. They take money and amounts just when they want and when I ask what is going on they just say "oh you still owe more money".... I will not be continueing my membership when it expires next year August 2020. If you have an exersise bike at home, a jump rope and you can do squats and push ups...don't bother joining Planet fitness. Accounts will only cause you headaches!
