Planet fitness account missmanagement

I instructed them via a recorder phone call with reference number PF*** that I would like to freeze my gym contract. They told me that a lessened debit order of about R399 was still going to be deducted from my account, to which I agreed. However, for the past 2 months the full debit order of R599 has been deducted from my account. The phone lines are always busy and a person can just not get through to have this resolved.
