Firstly they do not give you a copy of the contract, they do not tell you that the contract must be cancelled with the call centre a month before the ending of the contract and then they try to exploit you in paying double for the fees and your tag is cancelled and you cannot use the facilities. Poor sales pitch as no information is given regarding cancelation process and they stall to give you the contract which still not received even after cencelation
