Joined the gym again after the lockdown. Said I would rather do a manual payment monthly as planet fitness debit accounts sometimes double the amount. So this morning again, I was blocked at the door saying that I ow them R119 for the month. What. R119 that I did pay but that makes my card being blocked. Yes, sir. You need to contact them during the day and sort it out. We are unable to help you now. The other people only starts working at 8:00. Planet Fitness witbank is a joke. And it is not a funny one.
