Planet fitness a disgrace of a gym

Firstly I would like to start off with what type of employees they have. I have joined last year October sometime and delt with one of their employees who made us pay large sums of money into his account which we were lead to believe was the planet fitness account. After discovering this planet fitness assured us that we will be refunded and arrangements have been made. It is now June and they sending debt collectors after me for an amount that has been paid. Honestly I would never recommend this company to anyone it is the absolute worse. I have not met more *********** people in my life.
