PLANET FITNESS A DISGRACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I took out a gym membership for my sons and the salesman told us it is a blacktag and both my sons can attend for R399 p.m. 6 months into the contract, they suddenly advised us that as my one son is under 128, he has to have his own membership (additional R299 ) and he cannot go with his brother. All attempts to rectify this has been in vain "as they fired the salesman who sold us the contract). No after the year has passed and the contract came to an end, we tried to cancel the contract. I cannot cancel the contract as my oldest son is over 128: he has to do it. I finally got him to send nd e-mail and membership was cancelled. Then one of their agents phoned my son!!!!! Told him they will freeze his membership for 2 months to enable him to make sure he really wants to cancel. But Thulani from Planet fitness also told my son that I can call them if we are sure. My son has never dealt with salesman before and gym membership salesman are shrew!! I pay the debitorder!!!! Now when I called them, they say the freezing of the membership is in place and low behold: ONLY MY SON CAN CALL THEM AGAIN TO GO AHEAD WITH THE CANCELLATION!!! They are ******s and ****s and I cannot believe that there is nothing in this country that can keep these gyms in check. WHATEVER YOU DO, JUST DON'T JOIN!! They will suck you dry before you are able to cancel your membership!!!
