I am so disappointed with Planet Fitness Gym. When I first joined the sales consultant pretended to be understanding what I was saying. I told him, I was going to join the gym just for a short period of time because I might move, and my job was a contract. He told me I can cancel anytime just give me a month's notice. When my contract ended, I send him a message and the document from my employer. I even went and see him in person, he told me I can have access to the gym for that month and will talk later. Every time he will have a reason to be busy and come this month when I want to end things officially, There are telling me to pay five times the amount I paid each month as a monthly subscription and told me I have a 24-month contract. To my surprise, I went back to the contract, and yes it was a 24-month contract. When I signed, I checked only the amount we had agreed on. I am canceling coz I can't afford to pay the monthly subscription anymore. Where do they expect me to get the amount 5 times the amount, I am saying, I can't afford to pay for the months to come. The guy is no longer responding. As for me, I am returning home to another country so they can blacklist me all they want but my account will be on zero till the second coming of Christ.
