The most ********* company I have ever dealt with. They do a great Marketing job to get people in to sign 2 year contracts for R299.00 per month. According to their SLA they will advise you 40 days prior to contract expiry...... They dont. Contract just auto activates. Four months later I realise this and try to contact them. Guess what not possible. You need to send mail. I send mail ..........two weeks later get told they need my sons ID as they cant deal with me. Yet they can deduct money from my account. Send them and ID and extract from SLA showing 40 day notification. They called to say i must send contract cancellation which I did on 8 February. They have still not cancelled contract, Debited my account again R478.90 on Saturday 29 Feb and again on 2 March. **************** to say the least......
