Planet Fitness 👎🏼

Have been dealing with a consultant. From Planet fitness since last year October to join planet fitness as a discovery vitality member. As it was for free until the new year and a new gym was opening close to me in February. Consultant knew this as this was discussed in detail and said a move to this new gym would be done free of charge once that gym opened. Contacted him on the 18 February saying the gym was opening when could I go? He told me he’d let me know by the end business that day. Nothing. I’ve since sent him 7 messages and have not received a single response. That was 10 days ago today. Service is shocking. To say the least. Very disappointed as this gentleman was very helpful. Then nothing no response. Suppose that’s what you get when you signed a contract they no longer care about you at planet fitness.
