I am very disappointed with the service I received at this gym. An employee opened a gym membership under my name without my permission, and when I approached the gym for help, they were unable to assist me in opening a case of ***** or resolving the issue properly.

I expected the gym to take this matter seriously, investigate the misconduct, and guide me through the correct process. Instead, I felt unsupported and left to handle the situation on my own, even though the issue started internally.

Because of this, I was left with a cancellation fee that should not have been my responsibility. This experience has affected my trust in the gym’s professionalism and accountability.

I hope the gym improves its internal controls and customer support so that other people do not go through the same experience.
