I'm complaining on behalf of my daughter Kutlwano Nkolele id number ***,last year she went and make an application at Planet Fitness because she was a minor they said I must sign a concern form for her.And I told her is not possible to go to the gym while she's at grade 12 then we destroyed the application forms and she never went,iast month she received an email saying we are owing them and I called them how can a minor owe you they said its a mistake and give us reference number PS *** but when I call they keep on saying we cant cancel the amount on the system until Mams mall branch give us the contract and the name of the guy who was assisting my daughter at Mams mall is Mokgethi.
