I tried to contact them before I wrote this review, there is no option on their website under customer service for complaints. I have written e-mails to the admin at the branch before, no response, so I gave up on that one, this is a new complaint my son just started in December, he handed in his card every time he attended to get his free bag, which he could have claimed until 19 January, when when went to claim the bag on the 19th, he was told come back tomorrow, which he did, the lady then took his card and told him he was a week to late, So then who claims the bag??? but when he looked around the gym at the people that had bags they all ripped, so maybe its a good thing. Anyway, the whole contract so far, has been a nightmare, cannot wait to get rid of Planet Fitness out of our lives, you have to stand in a line to use machines, as there are not enough for all the people they have signed up, so why go so stand in a line the whole time and to let your body cool down so you get injured. very disappointed in the whole organization
