I have joined Plannet Fitness Waterkloof 3 Months ago on Discovery vitality and my contract is still not in place. They are billing met R799 every month and billed me for a special lefy of R750 that they never told me about. I’ve phoned numerous times to rectify the problem and still no response or feedback. I’ve even spoken to them at the gym and they said they will fix it in the next 48 hours. They said they will refund me and look at what the problem is regarding my contract. The service is shocking and I regret joing Planet Fitness
