Planet fitness

My experience with planet fitness has been terrible . Firstly I was pressured into a contract through sales consultants calling me everyday all most 2 to 3 times a day. I finally gave in to them and created a contract on the terms tha I will get the month I joined and the next month free but that never happened . Then I paid a service fee in june that I was never informed about when I was getting the contract . Now that I want to cancel my contract I can't get hold of anyone . And when I send email I only get the reply of" a customer service consultant will be in touch with you soon " when someone finally called me I had ask to cancel my contract . The consultant said he will email with all the details that I need To cancel but that never happened , after that I've been calling and calling every day just to get no answer on the customer service line and no reply on the email system . But still my debt order is still going of . This is the first and last time I will every take out a contract with planet fitness .
