PLANET FITNES IS USELESS

I ended my contract with planet fitness for last payment 31 October 2015. Janine at Montana confirmed everything was ok. The begining of Nov 2014 and amount of R426 was deducted and on 4 Dec 2014 again R426 was deducted. I went to the bank to reverse this as it is illigal! Then end of Dec they deducted R853 from my account again. I reversed at my bank again. End of Jan 2015 they deducted R873 and I reversed it again.
