Planet Fitnees Head office is discriminating against a 15 year old boy to have rights.

a Young boy,15 years of age is placed in my custody legally by the court and is regestered under my profile as a dependant at planet fitness. You have the court order in your posession. Every second or third week his taged is been blocked because his surname is different than mine. Then they phoned PF HO and clear the error and then he can enter but just to repeat it again after two to three weeks. This is a shame at entrence that this young man's tag is been blocked every month even though you accepted the court papers as a placement and link him. Every time he must be humuliated at the entrance boom with the same old storie why he don't have the same surname than me. I am now frustrated because this is coming now for nearly and reoeat as a a monyhly problem. Do you want us as your client or not. If you cant fix the system then i am resigning.
