One of your consultants came back to me on the 04th of Feb (REF: PF- ********** 05) with the necessary documents to update my details as well as authorization letter of which I completed and sent to you on the 11th of Feb. Query REF: PF ********** was closed on 06 Feb. 05 March I get an SMS from Landau Attorneys for me to contact them to discuss my account. I then called you asking what's going on because I had sent everything to you early in the previous month. The consultant I spoke to then advised that they hadn't received my documents!!! What utter negligence on your end. I then forwarded the very same email to *** for you to finally update my account. On 30 March I received an email about a query I have no idea about (REF: PF ********** ) and never logged because all queries I logged were closed as far as I knew. TODAY I receive another SMS form Landau Attorneys threatening a summons if no payment is received in April. I called you AGAIN and the person I spoke to advised that my account was already handed over before I requested the change of banking details and then offered me a discount on my arrears amount. I DONT GOVE A DAMN ABOUT THE ARREARS AMOUNT OR YOUR STUPID IDEA OF A 50% DISCOUNT WHEN YOU GUYS FAILED TO UPDATE MY ACCOUNT AND ENSURE IT WAS BROUGHT UP TO DATE AS I HAD REQUESTED REGARDLESS OF WHEN YOU HANDED ME OVER!!!! HAD IT NOT BEEN FOR ME FOLLOWING UP ON YOUR SORRY EXCUSE FOR PROFESSIONALISM EVERYTIME LANDAU SMS'D ME, I WOULDN'T HAVE KNOWN ABOUT YOUR FAILURES ON UPDATING MY ACCOUNT AND BRINGING IT UP TO DATE AS I'D REQUESTED!!!!!!! When I asked the consultant if I take this discounted deal, will you get your debt collection landau attorneys off my back, she put me n hold for the longest time only to come back and still ask me how I would like to proceed and she gave the arrears amount but couldn't confirm the legal fees from the very same attorney your debt collection handed me over because you failed to update my account !! So easy for you to offer a 50% discount on arrears but you can't answer or solve a simple question regarding your attorneys. You can keep your filthy and disgusting discount, I'm cancelling everything with you in person THIS AFTERNOON!!!! NXA... AND YOU BETTER SOLVE ALL OF YOUR ******* AND LANDAU ATTORNEYS/DEBT COLLECTION ISSUES TODAY!!! OH AND BY THE WAY, I WANT TO KNOW ABOUT THIS UNKNOWN QUERY I SUPPOSEDLY LOGGED ON 30 MARCH, WHICH GOT COINCIDENTALLY CLOSED TODAY AFTER I'D TOLD YOUR CONSULTANT I KNOW NOTHING ABOUT THAT QUERY!!!!!
