Planet fitness pride's itself in being the most useless & atrocious service provider. Where lack of providing feedback to customers is the order of the day, everyday, from the general staff to the management. It is out of absolute disgust that I am typing this query. <br> <br> The so called manager, Natasha Arendse has finger problems, she wont respond to any of my emails and the sms system keeps on sending me sms' about pending payments when I have already paid, my query has been opened for too long, I want closure. Natasha is not the only useless manager who has dealt my query, Prabhakar Rampersadh had previously failed to respond to my emails. <br> <br> To those who are going to attempt to resolve this query, they should be superior to Natasha/Prabhakar's level and they should know every bits and pieces of my query. DO NOT call me if you don't have the facts and if you don't know your story. I am extremely gatvol of this pathetic company and the poor customer service it provides.
