These people think we stupid or something. I took a contract with these guys in Centurion Gate where I gave my FNB acc for them to debit. They, because they smart or something, went to debit my Capitec acc which I was using on the last contract I had with them. They, obviously didn't find any money because money is on the FNB. Few months down the line, I ow them couple of Thousand rands and was blocked from accessing the facilities. The thing is, they did not capture the details on the contract and now it is my fault. After so much attempt speaking to them to change and debit the correct account I, today listed on ITC and ow them R7k for the facilities I never even used. I just spoke to the Head Office where they are offering me 50% off. They think I'm stupid or what? What about the bank charges I have incurred? What about the awful and embarrassing experiences I have endured when decline access the club? What about treating a client fairly? I'm gonna sue the **** out of these people if they dnt come to the party .
