Planet Disappoint me

I know i was wrong but how come planet fitness hands over my account for 2 months arrears without even trying to contact me to make arrangements. Now out of 800.00 am owing am surprised have to pay 1500.00. How ridiculous can this be, aren't they colluding with these lawyers to make more money out of their members. That's too desperate
