Too bad there isn't a 0 star rating.... i cancelled my membership in November,paid the one month notice fee as well. Never heard anything from PF again. 7 months later i get emails from Saya harassing me and threatening me with a bad credit score. First time ever i heard that i owe money to PF. The rude people from Saya won't supply me with any documentation regarding the alleged money i owe nor does Planet Fitness reply on any of my inquiries and emails,they just give you a reference number and that's it. I do not owe anyone money and i will not pay anyone money....i really believe all the bad things about Planet Fitness people say and see a pattern to all the complaints. They need to start doing their job or close their doors for good....
