PLANES FITNESS ****MERS

Horrible gym, don't bother yourself joining, they are ****mers. When I joined I was told my membership was R399, that it was a promotion running. I paid the R399 and and they told me to pay for my tag which was R150. When they debited me they went and debited me R549 twice in the month of July. I was never told that I would be paying for gym maintenance in July and that i would be debited twice. Bear in my mind my membership is supposed to be R399, to my surprise I was debited R549 twice. When I logged a complaint they told me the consultant that signed me up had resigned and that there was nothing they can do to help me. I cancelled my membership immediately because they made me join for R399 and were now debiting me R549, total dishonesty, no integrity. They decide to send me my contract for the first time when i am disputing the amount with them. They told me I had signed and that i had a 7 day cooling period. They are still debiting my account because I apparently have to pay for 4 months before they stop debiting my account. You will most definately regret joining this gym. I hope my medical aid which promotes this gym cancells it's partnership with PLANET FITNESS. I will be logging a complaint as well with my medical aid as this is daylight *******. They should know that we are being ********** by this same gym that is supposed to help relieve the daily stress we go through, not adding on to the daily struggles. Again... PLANES FITNESS BRAKPAN... Thank you for ****ming me out of my hard earned money. HORRIBLE GYM, HORRIBLE SERVICE, NO ASSISTANCE whatsoever at this facility. First time members are in their own. I went one or twice after joining and never went back. No assistance with the machines as well. DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM!!!!!
