Planent Fitness not Fit to help people

I became unemployed at the beginning of lockdown, from October 2020 I started getting calls from Planent Fitness that my debit orders was not going through, I explained my financial situation to the lady who contacted me & she said there was nothing that they could do.

Up to date January 2021 they are constantly debiting my account with the amount of R399 which is contrary to my gym contract which was R199.

The amount I supposedly owe now to Planent Fitness is R2300 after I have spoken to them and explained my situation they just don’t seem to care.

I have not been to the gym in over 6 months, they keep debiting my account even with the knowledge of my financial situation & on top of that are breaching the contract by demanding an amount that is not part of my membership.

I have contacted the branch several times and they don’t seem to be able to assist me they are quick to inform me of the amount I owe but don’t own up to their own discrepancies.
