Plane fitness Lakefield

There is no words to describe my experience with the Lakefield Planet Fitness in Benoni. The Sales Manager (Sandile) was rude and arrogant...the representative Oratile was even worse.I was informed that if I had to re-register my son for his membership there will be no joining fee by another rep Lolo who used be in the branch only to be told once we arrived at the branch that the rules had changed by H/O...when i requested the communication I was refused to see it...business ethics is non existent...i would stay away from this bunch...tried calling the manager with no joy
