Plane Fitness is still *****ing my money!

My membership at planet fitness has still not been cancelled after 9 months???? <br> Seriously Planet fitness is that how you treat your customers..... I want a full refund of the difference of debit order from the time I requested the first cancellation (November 2014) up to 1 July 2015 less the cancellation fee that would have been required at the time.<br> How can you expect me to pay an additional fee when the first time a cancellation fee was communicated was in May 2015?
