PHARAOH FOR THE WIN

I just wanted to take a moment to say a very special thank you to pharaoh. ❤️

I actually brought a friend with me today, and she was so impressed by the experience and honestly, it made me realise even more how much pharaoh has done for me since I joined.

From the very beginning, from the onboarding process until now, pharaoh has genuinely gone above and beyond. When I say he goes into detail, I mean he really goes into detail. He has made sure I understood everything, organised for a floor attendant to walk the floor with us, abd show us how the different equipment works. He went and arranged a personal training session, made introductions, and has consistently checked in and made sure I was comfortable and looked after.

It’s the kind of service where you can tell that someone genuinely cares, rather than simply doing their job.

I’ve actually tried to thank him by buying him a coffee before, and he wouldn’t have it, he just said he was okay. So I thought I’d try something different and leave this little surprise for him instead.

pharaoh, I honestly don’t know how to properly thank you for the way you’ve looked after me. Your attention to detail, kindness and willingness to always go the extra mile have made such a difference.

Thank you for making me feel so welcome and valued from day one. You really are an absolute asset, and I hope you know how appreciated you are. ❤️
