PF Not sending us the contract to check the buy-out clause

I had a terrible experience with Planet Fitness. Wanted to end the membership as my husband is so busy he can't exercise. He still has 6 months left on his contract, they said we could buy it out for R323 a month, the normal monthly fee is R484. How can there only be a R161 difference in this? I then asked for his contract and they didn't send it. He also spoke to them, they still didn't send it. I called again, they said they will send it.

I am very unhappy and will definitely take this further.
