PF Not Locking Down on DB

PF made a public announcement that debit orders would be cancelled due to the lockdown. I am on Sanlam Reality and should pay R150 per month (If I am there more than 12 days per month), I CANNOT go to PF, however they decided to debit order me with R500 (FULL PAYMENT).
